This is an exciting opportunity for a highly motivated and enthusiastic individual to join the Brand and Communications department within the Chesterfield College Group in an administrative support role. You will be part of the Brand Engagement Team, in a role funded by DANCOP, which aims to proactively promote higher education to school students in the region and students within the college.

You will support DANCOP Engagement Officers with a range of operational, administrative and reporting duties, maintaining the team’s diaries, liaising with schools and supporting events. You will also support with social media content planning duties.

You will be an ambassador for higher education study and be passionate about advising and guiding others to progress into university, higher apprenticeships and degree-level qualifications available in college. You will be comfortable and confident in speaking to others and representing the college at external and internal events if required

You will be an administration ‘all rounder’, and able to move from desk-based work to busy events with ease and able to juggle multiple tasks at the same time. You should be ready and willing to support and help the rest of the team when required with a ‘can do’ attitude and not be phased by shifting priorities and unexpected challenges. A positive outlook and personality is a must.
