This is a great opportunity to join a great group who show a genuine care in providing quality workmanship and first class customer service.

We are looking for operatives who demonstrate a natural eye for detail and a positive attitude towards getting the job done correctly and efficiently whilst showing respect for the customers property.

We are very upfront and to the point here so if you are looking for an easy ride, doing enough to reach the minimum expected and a job and knock, this position isn't for you.

Ideally you will have experience of working within new build construction and essentially, carrying out customer facing works.

You will be carrying out multi trade maintenance and finishing works predominantly within occupied properties, however at certain periods of the year, unoccupied properties across live housing developments.

We are looking for someone who is predominantly of a carpentry background although experienced within the below secondary trades also.

Core Trade
- Carpentry
- Kitchen Fitting (Replacement units, doors, fittings, worktops)
- Internal/External Doors & Frames
- Skirtings & Architraves
- Stud Work
- Isolating and resolving creaks to floors & staircases.

Secondary Trades
- Painting & Decorating
- Plaster Patching
- Sealant Works
- Tiling

Position Details
- Full time, Self employed (Sub Contract) position.
- Competitive Rates & Fuel Allowance.
- VAN CAN BE SUPPLIED (Daily rate will be adjusted to supplement as demonstrated in the daily rate shown)
- Weekend Work Available (Increased Rates)
- Monthly Paid
- Tax deducted from source (CIS)

**Requirements**:

- Hold a valid CSCS card
- Happy to travel to sites across the Midlands region (East/West/North), some occasions more than one site per day.
- Ideally have access to your own van & tools.

*Sutton Coldfield has been noted as the job location due to this being the centre of our working radius, applicants further a field will still be accounted.
