Davies Group are looking for a professional individual who can undertake initial customer contact, capture accurate data entry of new claim information and provide administrative support to the teams.

**What will your day look like**:

- Effectively handle all customer interactions (client and direct customers) professionally, knowledgably and within TCF (Treating Customers Fairly) in mind
- Accurately input new claims that are received within service guidelines
- Call customers to arrange inspection appointments and take a pro-active approach to arranging appointments, including management of own diary reminders
- Contribute positively to both great teamwork and a good overall culture

**Abilities And Knowledge**:

- Strong written and verbal communication skills with good customer service skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a focus on consistently achieving targets
- Strong problem-solving skills
- IT proficiency and a good eye for detail
