I'm excited to announce that we are currently looking to hire a Shift Leader to join our team at The Kings Arms Hotel in Melrose, United Kingdom. This full-time role is perfect for someone who is passionate about hospitality and eager to take the next step in their career.
As a Shift Leader, you will play a key role in supporting the General Manager in the day-to-day operations of the hotel. You will be responsible for overseeing the front desk, assisting with reservations, managing staff, and ensuring that guests have a memorable experience during their stay.
To be successful in this role, you must have excellent communication and organizational skills, a strong attention to detail, and the ability to work well under pressure. Previous experience in the hospitality industry is preferred, but not required. If you have a positive attitude and a willingness to learn, we would love to hear from you.
