As a Shift Leader at The Kings Arms Hotel, you will be responsible for overseeing the operations during your assigned shifts. This includes managing a team of staff, ensuring a smooth flow of service, and providing exceptional customer experiences. You will work closely with the management team to uphold the high standards of the hotel and ensure guest satisfaction at all times.
Key responsibilities:
- Supervise and coordinate front of house staff during shifts
- Assist with training and development of team members
- Ensure all procedures and policies are followed
- Handle guest inquiries and complaints in a professional manner
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in all areas of the hotel
- Assist with inventory management and ordering supplies as needed
- Collaborate with management to implement new initiatives and improve efficiency
**Requirements**:
- Proven experience in a hospitality or customer service role
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Ability to multitask and problem solve in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of food and beverage service is a plus
- Availability to work evenings and weekends as needed
