We have been around since 2004 and provide recycling collections to over 30,000 business customers; helping them recycle more, send nothing to landfill, and get stats on all their achievements.

We have grown rapidly because we put our customers at the heart of everything we do and constantly challenge ourselves to make recycling easier for them. These customers range from small offices and shops to large businesses, including Pret a Manger, Facebook, Zara, and Caffe Nero.

**About the Role**

Working pattern: Five days on, two days off - 14.00 - 23.00 (every 3rd weekend working).

Role: The Senior Operations Supervisor will support the Assistant Operations Manager (AOM) and the rest of the Supervisor team in making sure the AM and PM shift runs efficiently. They will be responsible for dispatching drivers and looking after daily issues with the fleet.

Key Duties
- Dispatching drivers (collections and delivery department)
- Ensuring vehicle coverage for both day and night shift (with Transport Manager support)
- Keep other departments up to date on daily customer issues (escalation to AOM and OM)
- Help implementing new process with drivers (assisting AOM and OM)
- Supervise drivers on round - providing technical support for IT (driver app) or customers’ information (collection point information)
- Assist AOM with staffing / coverage and balancing of rounds
- Contribute to the overall growth of the business and operations team
