Transport Administrator

**Job Description**:
Pertemps West Bromwich are currently seeking a motivated and organised Transport Administrator to join our prestigious client.
Duties will include (but are not limited to):
- Use Sage software to manage and maintain transportation records
- Processing orders through Sage
- Ensuring efficient and smooth operation of transport department
- Coordinate transportation schedules to optimise efficiency
- Liaise with other departments as well as drivers and carriers
- Monitor and track shipments, providing updates when necessary
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date transportation records
- Provide exceptional customer service to internal and external clients
- Support the transportation team with any administrative tasks as needed
- Previous experience working with Sage
- Previous experience in transport and logistics administration
- Excellent customer service skills
- Effective communication skills
- Strong organisational skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Hours of Work:
8:30am - 17:30pm
Monday - Friday
**Salary**:
£25,000 per annum
