Framlingham College is a co-educational day and boarding school comprising of the Prep School in the beautiful surroundings of Brandeston Hall, and the Senior School which is set in the stunning surroundings in the market town of Framlingham.

We require an organised, efficient and enthusiastic Admissions Assistant to cover a period of maternity leave, to commence April 2023. This role will be to support our Director of Admissions in the pupil recruitment and selection process for boarding and day boys and girls. The department manages a large volume of enquiries and visits to the School and the Admissions Assistant will play a vital role in all communications with prospective families.

You will be an experienced administrator as the role requires excellent organisational, communication and database experience, an ability to work accurately under pressure and to juggle a variety of tasks. Committed to delivering first class customer service, you will be able to build positive relationships with stakeholders and prospective parents as well as demonstrating outstanding IT skills.

This is a year-round role working 20 hours a week Monday to Friday (ideally across 5 days but not essential). Some flexibility will be required for attendance at school events. Salary for the role is £11,472 per annum.
