Job Overview:
As a member of the Girlguiding Anglia communications and opportunities team, you will coordinate the administrative and logístical support for multiple projects. This will include, but not be restricted to our leader and girl international trips, partnership opportunities, large scale girl events and any other relevant projects.

You will deliver effective and efficient administrative systems to facilitate the work of the outdoor and adventure team and their projects to support the diverse range of virtual and face to face events we offer.

This role is also responsible for providing support and advice to the volunteer members of the outdoor and adventure team and administrative support to the communications and opportunities manager.

Strong organisational and communication skills are essential as the role sits within several networks across county, regional and national teams. You will be required to represent Girlguiding Anglia within numerous project groups, communicating with diverse audiences.

Main responsibilities will include:

- Support the communications and opportunities manager to deliver key region projects on time, within budget and in line with strategic expectations.
- Complete project coordination and administration tasks and responsibilities including:

- Setup, delivery, and documentation of meetings.
- Informing project team members of key information and updates.
- Developing, reviewing, and managing administrative processes and project support systems.
- Managing booking systems and exporting data as required.
- Data capture, analysis, and reporting.
- Provide administrative support as required to the outdoor and adventure volunteer team leader, Queen’s Guide lead volunteer, and the region’s international lead volunteer and team.
- Ensure all projects and teams comply with all aspects of the GDPR.
- Work in partnership with the communications team to ensure any design or promotion work is scheduled and delivered in accordance with timelines.
- Maintain and review business process systems when relevant to the role.
- Access and maintain the accuracy of relevant records within the Girlguiding membership customer relationship system (GO CRM).
- When relevant, work with Girlguiding’s national and other regional teams to provide key insight and member feedback on relevant projects.
- Maintain networks with key region and county volunteers, national staff teams and other regional peers.

**Job Types**: Part-time, Permanent

Pay: £22,000.00-£28,500.00 per year

Expected hours: 28 per week
