The Alcohol & Drug Service (ADS) are a registered charity who have been transforming the lives of people affected by drugs and alcohol misuse for over 35 years.

**East Riding Partnership (ERP) **- is a partnership between ADS and Humber Teaching NHS trust. It has three hubs, Hull, Bridlington and Goole. A multi-disciplinary team, social workers, drug and alcohol workers and clinicians work together to provide high quality flexible and bespoke support for local people in the community. The services include aftercare, young people, community rehabilitation programme, consultant led specialist treatment and image and performing enhancing drugs service. A team of volunteers and peer mentors offer support to service users and carers.

With a new National Drug Strategy just published, it is a very exciting time to be working in the drug and alcohol field with significant new career opportunities being created.

We are looking for a full-time permanent

**Intensive Engagement Worker (Alcohol)**

Based in Hull

An exciting opportunity to enhance the Alcohol Liaison pathway with Hull Royal Infirmary and with an administrative base of Baker St Hull. You will be a valued member of a dynamic team working to intensively engage service users whose primary use is alcohol. The role will require you to support individuals to achieve stabilisation and behavioural change and where agreed to assess individuals for treatment and recovery from alcohol use.

If you have relevant experience in the substance misuse field and are educated to GCSE in English and Maths or equivalent, we would like to hear from you.

We provide a comprehensive package of accredited courses and for newly qualified Social Workers we support the ASYE programme.
