**Administrator / Order Processor**

**Doncaster**

**£21,000 - £23,000**

**Monday - Friday**

We are looking for an organised, friendly and self motviated candidiate to support the aftersales, distribution and logístical supply of our luxury product offerings. This will be done through the delivery of optimum customer service solutions to existing and potential customers and promote the Company brand and image.

**Key skills and responsibilities of the job**:

- Making sure our customer experience is excellent.
- Processing of sales orders, sales invoices, back orders and special orders where necessary
- Dealing with trade counter customers where necessary, ensuring that all payments received are duly authorised
- Collating of picking notes/delivery notes from SAP for the warehouse/transport dept to collect and arrange customer deliveries.
- Ensure that all incoming telephone calls are answered promptly and that all callers are dealt with in a polite and friendly manner.
- Ensuring invoicing systems are working correctly and liaising with Account department on any issues.
- Maintaining a clean and tidy appearance to all company property, including the trade counter and its contents
- When required, liaising with drivers (or external courier companies) to check delivery deadlines are met
- Communicating with customers advising when their deliveries will go out. Advising customers of any issues regarding deliveries and stock availability.
- Point of contact for warehouse staff for any stock shortages.
- Point of contact for trade customers regarding damages or shortages following deliveries.
- Maintain a friendly and harmonious atmosphere within the sales office encouraging staff to keep a positive attitude, tidy up the office daily to create a better space of work.

- Clear communicator both written and verbal
- Excellent telephone manner
- Calm, Confident, and efficient manner
- Logical problem-solving skills
- PC skills are essential, SAP or Salesforce programs is a bonus.
- Ability to Multi-task
- Able to meet deadlines
- Previous experience in similar working environments would be of added benefit
