The role:
We have a fantastic opportunity for an experienced **Import Coordinator** to join our team.

We are looking for a coordinator who is well organised, with strong attention to detail and great communication skills.

Salary
Up to £28,000 dependent on experience

Where will you be working?
You will be based at our offices in Ipswich

What will be your key responsibilities?

You will complete home use & CFSP entries
Manage customer haulage bookings
Ensure all queries are answered efficiently and in a timely manner.
Assisting with data management for our Job loading Platform.
Obtain information from supplier websites.
Manage internal deadlines.
Work well as part of a team.

What we’re looking for:
You will have your GCSE Maths and English Level 4 (Grade C) and above
Shipping experience is essential
Experience of customer deliveries and home us entries
You will have excellent communication skills, spoken and written
Build good working relationships with work colleagues and our customers
Excellent attention to detail, friendly and helpful nature
Proven ability to prioritise workloads and meet tight deadlines.
Able to handle difficult situations.
Proven ability to work on own initiative.
Strong PC Literacy including Word & Excel
