Our client, a leading freight forwarding company, is seeking a skilled Import Coordinator to manage the end-to-end import process.
Role: Import Coordinator Location: Ipswich Key Responsibilities: Oversee the entire import process from origin to final delivery.
Coordinate with suppliers, shipping lines, and transport providers to ensure seamless operations.
Handle import documentation, customs clearance, and compliance requirements.
Maintain clear communication with clients, providing updates and resolving any issues.
Ensure cost efficiency while meeting strict deadlines.
What We're Looking For: Proven experience in import operations , ideally in freight forwarding or logistics.
Strong understanding of customs procedures and import regulations.
Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.
A proactive, detail-oriented, and customer-focused approach.
