Digital Account Executive

They offer hybrid working (3 days/week in the Edinburgh office).
The client services division is looking for an enthusiastic and talented Digital Account Executive or Senior Account Executive to work across an array of key clients. The role of Account Executive is to support the client services teams as they manage customer relationships and ensure the successful delivery of digital projects and digital marketing campaigns. There is definitely scope to step up to Account Manager level quite quickly, so this may suit someone who actively wants to take that step DAY TO DAY:
- Produce monthly reporting for clients, updating them on work completed, work planned, and the performance of their website & marketing activity
- Work with Account Managers to identify any issues with website performance and advise on a course of action to address
- Get involved with web design/build projects, co-ordinating the project on time and within budget
- Regular communications with clients / act as a point of contact to your clients / stakeholders
- Develop your knowledge of digital marketing and technical industry
- Deliver digital marketing team’s output to clients and provide clear explanation
- Identify new opportunities for clients

- Strong organisation skills, with an aptitude for multi-tasking and managing various priorities
- A good understanding of Microsoft office packages
- A degree in marketing
- Demonstrably commercially-minded and willingness to develop this
- Experience & knowledge of digital marketing and website design/development - minimum 1 year, ideally within an agency environment
- A desire to step into a long term career move in a growing agency
- Ambitions to step up to Account Manager level quickly
Salary is purely dependent on skills / experience with a range of £25,000 - £30,000 + benefits.
