We're recruiting a 12 month HR Administrator vacancy with our clients in Yorkshire, paying up to £28,000.

**Client Details**

Our client is a national legal firm with offices across Leeds and West Yorkshire.

**Description**

The duties of the HR Administrator will be:

- Supporting with recruitment, coordinating new-starter inductions, and onboarding
- Accurately record sickness/absence
- Assisting with monthly payroll processes
- Maintain HR records and manage a variety of HR excel trackers
- Manage all letters & documents for the HR team, assisting with any additional administrative duties
- Compile HR reports such as headcount and attrition rates

**Profile**
- Be immediately available
- Be available to work from either the Halifax or Leeds office 2 days per week
- Have experience as a HR Administrator or have strong knowledge of HR processes
- Hold intermediate MS Excel skills, including knowledge of Pivot tables and VLOOKUP's
