**SENIOR CREDIT RISK ANALYST**

This is not an opportunity to miss as you will be joining a 2x The Sunday Times Fast Track 100 award-winning company. You will be helping provide specialised homeowner-secured loans working with a growing team of leading credit risk analysts. This is yourchance to join a highly established young and very dynamic lender.
**THE ROLE**
This position would be part of the credit risk team. Within this role, you would be:
- Providing analysis and insight into the portfolio's credit risk profile and its impact on impairment in the business.
- Developing strategic analysis, models, and forecasts to deliver profitable growth business-wide.
- Modelling and forecasting banking covenants to ensure the business has clear visibility of anticipated trends and communicating these clearly to management.
- You'll have to be proactive and creative in dealing with issues identified within projects.
**SKILLS & EXPERIENCE**
- Strong knowledge of SAS or SQL, ideally both.
- Previous analytical experience within credit risk in the financial or insurance industry.
- The ability to present ideas and solutions at the board level.
- Knowledge of various statistical modelling techniques, credit risk decision engines, and strong data analysis skills.
- Must have a strong numerate degree.
**SALARY & BENEFITS**
- From £40,000 up to £50,000pa base salary.
- Hybrid structure (WFH 2 days a week).
- Discretionary yearly bonus.
- Up to 25 days' annual leave + Bank Holidays.
