Quartz Insurance Brokers Ltd a specialist media insurance broker are looking for a Administration Assistant to add to our team. Quartz Insurance Brokers Ltd are a rapidly growing organisation dealing exclusively with media clients such as BBC, ITV, Warner Brothers and UKTV. As an administration assistant you will assist brokers in all aspects of insurance broking including:
- Preparing documentation for new business and renewal quotations
- Data processing and spreadsheet management
- Client invoicing and debt management
- Insurance claims administration
Administration assistant Key Skills:
- Strong organisational skills and ability to manage own workload
- Meeting daily deadlines for data inputting
- Excellent communication skills
- Sound IT skills particularly with MS Word, Excel and Powerpoint with the ability to learn new systems and procedures
- Excellent inter-personal and telephone skills with the ability to communicate clearly and precisely with others
- Insurance experience preferred but not essential. Full training provided.
