We're currently looking for a detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Systems Executive.

**Job Description**:
We're in search of a dynamic and enthusiastic Systems Executive to play a key role in supporting our educational programmes. This position involves collaborating with the Development Manager and IT Director to maintain our courses using tools such as PowerPoint, Zoom, and Learning Management Systems (LMS). While a basic understanding of databases is beneficial, we are primarily seeking an individual with a positive attitude and a passion for improving the educational experience.

Key Responsibilities:
Course Maintenance: Work closely with the Development Manager to ensure the smooth functioning of courses, including updating and proofing course materials, presentations, and resources using PowerPoint.

Online Learning Platforms: Facilitate the integration of educational materials and courses within the LMS, ensuring easy access for students and faculty.

Virtual Classes: Coordinate virtual classes using platforms like Zoom, offering technical support to ensure seamless online learning experiences.

Technology Evaluation: Stay informed about emerging technologies in education and provide recommendations for enhancing course delivery and content management.

Problem-Solving: Demonstrate a proactive approach in addressing challenges and finding creative solutions to support our educational initiatives.

Documentation: Maintain records of course materials, technology configurations, and procedures to enhance efficiency and troubleshooting.

Qualifications:

- Strong enthusiasm for technology and a positive attitude.
- Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint and experience with virtual classroom platforms like Zoom.
- Familiarity with Learning Management Systems (LMS) is a plus.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in an educational environment.
