**Fixed-term: 24 months**

We are looking for an enthusiastic individual to join our team and provide efficient service in a busy environment with a friendly, professional manner. The post holder will be responsible for coordinating day-to-day operations, managing recruitment processes, and serving as the primary point of contact for scholars, providing them with support and guidance. Additionally, you will play a crucial role in coordinating emergency response protocols during crises affecting our community and assisting in organising events like Refugee Week.

This post is full-time (35 hours per week).

**Your skills and attributes for success**:

- A degree plus relevant experience or educated to at least HNC/HND or equivalent level qualifications plus relevant administrative experience.
- Broad experience acquired through a combination of job related training and considerable on the job experience and demonstrating development in progressively demanding roles.
- Excellent organisational skills with the ability to work independently as well as part of a team, and flexibly to respond to time-critical queries.
- Self-motivation and an ability to work unsupervised to get the job done, including the ability to manage time, deadlines and multiple tasks.
- Excellent communication skills including written, oral and numerical, with good attention to detail.
- Excellent IT, data and digital skills, including Microsoft Office.
