Role Summary

We are looking for a dedicated Lead Educator to join our team at Greenlaw and Swinton Primary Schools. This full-time position requires a professional who is passionate about enhancing educational experiences and committed to fostering a positive learning environment for all students.

Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with staff across both schools to implement effective teaching strategies.
  • Support the educational journey of students, aiming to elevate our schools' performance from good to excellent.
  • Engage in continuous professional development to enhance teaching practices.

Qualifications

To be considered for this role, candidates must possess:

  • Full registration with the General Teaching Council (GTC).
  • A degree or diploma in primary education, or a PGCE/PGDE.
  • Evidence of ongoing professional development.
  • A valid driving license and access to a vehicle, as travel is a requirement of this position.
