This role forms part of TUI UK & Ireland’s Product Content team. As a Content Exec, you’ll be responsible for the creation and management of text in our content management systems. You will work on hotel, destination, cruise and tour content, for distribution across all of our channels, including digital, print, retail, in-flight, cruise and overseas. You will also prepare images and videos to be loaded into an asset database, and look after their ongoing management in our content systems.

**ABOUT THE JOB**
- On a daily basis, you’ll be preparing content to get new products to market quickly, efficiently and effectively. You’ll also be responsible for maintaining and updating text, photography and videos across all of our distribution channels.
- You’ll have great attention to detail, as you’ll be required to maintain and update content for holiday products across the entire TUI UK and Ireland programme, to ensure complete content accuracy.
- This role also requires an ability to proactively build relationships across the business, particularly with our Product and Overseas teams.
- You will need to check our content adheres to Group guidelines and style, as well as supporting our company-wide digital-first approach.
- We’re looking for someone who has an enthusiastic approach to content accuracy and is considerate of the customer journey and experience. You must be able to juggle multiple priorities but still deliver excellent work.
- As a Content Exec, you’ll also be relied upon to work collaboratively with your team, maintaining best content standards and practices, whilst always striving for continuous improvement of processes. This will also include monitoring dashboards and reports, constantly reviewing and renewing our content.

**ABOUT YOU**
- Accuracy in English spelling and grammar
- Experience of managing content in line with COPE preferred but not essential
- Ability to work to tight deadlines with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail
- Well organised and methodical approach
- A flexible, motivated team player
- Good communication skills
- Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with other business areas
