The First Choice Digital Content Delivery Executive will be responsible for building and maintaining First Choice Content driven web pages in WordPress and defining and implementing these processes. You will be working closely with the Content CMS specialist,Digital CMS team, Content Marketing and Strategy Manager for First Choice and the wider delivery team to ensure best practice and consistency is always maintained. You will also own and shape First Choice interactive content experiences

**ABOUT THE JOB**
- You will be building out inspirational content through the digital customer journey
- Optimise the digital customer experience by collaborating with the Digital and Analytics team to use data to make informed page design changes
- Building and managing the working relationship with the UI team to ensure all Wordpress requirements are considered as part of the page building process.
- Align with CMS best practice and continuously review the process from receiving the product brief through to publishing
- Working with the SEO team to gain data and insights and adapt the pages in line with their recommendations and business need
- You will own the migration process from our existing CMS to Wordpress.
- Owning & shaping the page build for WordPress and continuously reviewing the process from receiving the product brief through to publishing.
- Collaborating with First Choice teams to ensure WordPress is constantly evolving to enable market leading content
- Working together with colleagues in content to deliver first class Ceros experiences for First Choice

**ABOUT YOU**
- Excellent attention to detail
- Experience of content management systems
- A passion for content and creating digital content
- Experience of using Word Press is essential
- Knowledge of Smart Edit and Hybris but not essential
- Working knowledge of Adobe Analytics and using data to drive decision making
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with key stakeholder
- Experience of process development and writing
- A flexible, motivated team player
- Multi-tasking and ability to prioritise high volume of work to tight deadlines
- Excellent communication skills
