HR Administrator £23K - £25K - Hatfield - 24 days annual leave + bank hols - Hybrid option
Our client, a major player in the construction world is looking for an experienced administrator that wants to specialise in HR. This is a busy and fast paced role with Hybrid working available (3 days in office). You may not want to work from home though asit's a lovely office with great amenities including a pool table, table tennis and a recently refurbished open plan office with quiet rooms and separate private HR space. There is a coffee shop on site, free parking and galleria with larger restaurants & shopsnearby.
Some of the Duties & Responsibilities:
- Ensuring the HR system contains accurate and comprehensive employee data
- Collating monthly payroll information
- Maintain learning and development records
- Assist with the organisation of recruitment.
- Administering annual leave entitlement, sickness, starters, leavers etc
- To co-ordinate HR recruitment processes and lead onboarding inductions, and ensure systems are accurately updated and maintained
- To ensure accurate HR records are maintained for all employees.
- To provide HR reports as required
You will need:
- Excellent attention to detail, with thorough and meticulous administrative skills
- Good level in Microsoft packages
- Strong organisational skills and a professional manner
- Ability to organise, prioritise and plan a high volume, varied workload
Desirable:
- Previous experience in the construction sector
- Previous HR admin experience
