**Salary:**
£18,500 - £21,00 per annum. Commission structure once probation has passed.

Our client, a local Independent estate agency, is seeking a Sales Negotiator to join their long-established and expanding team in Swindon.
**Letting Negotiator responsibilities**:

- Carrying out property viewings
- Assisting with Sales enquiries
- Booking in property valuatiions
- Preparing inventories and checkouts for lettings
- Viewing Feedback
- Marketing on property websites
- Social Media marketing
- Managing a portfolio of properties
- Reporting to vendors and landlords
- Arranging and coordinating contractors
- Working with the team and assisting in other areas where necessary such as letting viewings and lettings enquiries.
- Confident communicator both face to face & on the telephone
- Property experience is preferred but not essential
- Sales or Account management experience
- Own transport
- Confident communicator both face to face and on the phone
- Available to work at least every other Saturday
- You must be professional, presentable and articulate
- Hungry to earn commission and develop
- Happy to use Social Media to promote business and personal brand
- A full, clean driving licence
