Job Overview:
We are looking for a motivated and forward-thinking graduate, who has excellent interpersonal skills and the drive to make a difference, to join our team.

This exciting role will see you working closely with both our IT developers and whole staff team (currently 13 people) to roll out a new Microsoft Dynamics based CRM system into the organisation and assist with the transition from existing work practices to full adoption of the digital platform.

**Responsibilities**:

- Work closely with the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) development team, and IT Developers, to help with the successful roll out and implementation of the Microsoft Dynamics CRM system into the organisation
- Undertake testing of the CRM when new changes are implemented
- Log technical problems, liaise with the developer and report back to the team on suggested fixes
- Integrate daily operational work processes with the new digital work patterns
- Train staff in small groups to implement new working practices.
- Create templates within the system and make suggested changes and improvements
- Create training videos, documents and resources for the staff team to utilise and learn from
- Learn how to use the advanced features of the Microsoft Dynamics CRM system and assist staff with their reporting queries
- Assist with editing work flows to align with work practices
- Input relevant historical financial and statistical data into the system
- Monitor the Document Management process to ensure adoption and understanding.
- Create a policy for document management and implement it across the organisation.
- Ensuring compliance of GDPR within the system and monitoring data in relation to GDPR retention rules
- Setting up system views and Power Bi reports and providing help and assistance to others within the team with these functions
- Maintain the existing website platform and make recommendations for improvements to meet business needs as appropriate
- Improve internal communication channels, by creating a policy and implementing it to gain consistency throughout the organisation
- To undertake any other reasonable tasks required

Qualifications:

- Graduated within the last 4 years with a degree in computing, business computing, information management, IT or similar
- High level of IT literacy and excellent working knowledge of Microsoft packages, and other digital technologies and platforms.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills and an ability to communicate at all levels.
- Good analytical skills, with the confidence to put suggestions and ideas forward
