Concessions HR Assistant
We are looking for a new member to join the HR team in this newly created role supporting our concessions teams. As a Concessions HR Assistant you will be expected to provide a high quality administrative and query resolution service for all Concession colleagues. Being the first point of contact for Concession HR queries, you will provide fast and seamless query resolution. You will also be responsible for ongoing Concession administrative tasks and project work, and be measured by SLA’s and KPI’s as part of the team’s balanced scorecard.

About you
You will Deliver first class customer service and HR support to Concession colleagues via all HR channels. You will be able to own and assign all caseloads, Ensure regular follows ups are carried out to our customers and cases are resolved in a timely manner. You will own and maintain the Concessions Tier 0 service, updating and identifying areas for improvements, escalating where necessary to provide a fast and efficiency resolution, whilst ensuring response times and SLAs are met. You will participate in service improvement activity as required using customer feedback and share best practice in transaction delivery across the team, keeping up to date with changes to Concession life cycle processes and HR system releases and updates.
More specifically we’re looking for someone with:
- Excellent Customer Service skills
- Attention to detail and the ability to produce high quality output at pace.
- Broad knowledge of Concession lifecycle processes and transactions
- Working knowledge of the HR Systems used within Harrods, Workday experience is preferred.
- Understanding of the HR operating model with the ability to engage the right person at the right time.
