Howells are currently recruiting for one of the country's most successful Housing Developers who are looking to recruit an organised and driven **Administrator** for their **South West**office. They are a multi awarded winning business with a reputation for providing fantastic training, development and progression.

The main purpose of the role is to provide a high standard of general administration and support to the business.

**Administrator Key Duties**:

- Assist with various general day to day administrative tasks
- Provide secretarial support where required
- Provision of admin support to the chosen departments as required
- Provide support and holiday cover when required to ensure smooth day to day running of the office
- Meeting support - booking meeting rooms, ensuring room ready, equipment available and set up, refreshments, meeting agenda and documents available and meeting room tidy afterwards
- To ensure guests/visitors are received in a professional and welcoming manner
- Ad-hoc tasks
- Answering and screening phone calls, managing incoming and outgoing postal requirements
- Scanning, saving and filing documents, archiving as required
- Filing, copying, etc. ensuring best practice and innovation of new processes is utilized
- Preparing, printing, binding and distributing reports
- Assist in ensuring systems and processes are consistent with other Homes regions to ensure a standardised approach
- COINS system updating and data inputting
- Reception cover
