**Key areas of responsibility**:

- Managing the internal ordering software - registering new customers, amending orders and maintaining customer records
- Dealing with customer queries regarding orders and deliveries
- Managing automated invoicing system
- Creating and maintaining KPIs
- Identifying improvements in areas of customers complains, driver performance and round performance
- Responding to all queries in a professional manner and providing excellent customer service
- Resolving customer issues while providing a great personable service
- Liaising with production and logistics team on a daily basis
- Managing and maintaining a robust system to ensure drivers deliver accurately to all customers every time and communicate feedback to drivers to ensure continuous improvement.
- Controlling stocks of bought in to ensure efficient supply and minimum waste, dealing with the suppliers.

**Working days/hours**:
Monday to Friday - start and finish time to be agreed but you need to be flexible, starting at 25 hours per week

Some Saturday mornings required which can be done remotely.

**Job Types**: Part-time, Full-time, Permanent
Part-time hours: 15-25 per week

**Salary**: From £11.50 per hour
