**Data Entry Administrator**

**Duties**:

- Answering and directing phone calls in a professional manner
- Performing data entry and maintaining accurate records
- Providing general clerical support, such as filing, photocopying, and scanning documents
- Assisting with administrative tasks as assigned
- Organizing and maintaining office supplies and inventory
- Typing correspondence and reports as needed
- Familiarity with SAGE for basic bookkeeping tasks

**Skills**:

- Experience of using SAGE
- Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills
- Strong data entry skills with attention to detail
- Knowledge of general clerical procedures
- Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask
- Comfortable working with computerized systems and office equipment
- Ability to type accurately and efficiently
- Familiarity with QuickBooks for basic bookkeeping tasks

**Monday to Friday 09:00 to 17:00**

**37.5 hours per week**

**Hourly pay starting from £13.00 to £14.00 per hour based upon relevant experience**

**Weekly pay**

**Long term on going position**

**Job Type**: Temporary contract

**Salary**: £13.00-£14.00 per hour

Expected hours: 37.5 per week
