Freedom Professional Services are currently recruiting for a Administrator to join our team, you will be based in our Stowmarket Office, this is a Hybrid role with Office and home working available.

The Office Administrator will report into the Senior Partner, and provide effective support to a team of engineers and the Head of Business Development to ensure the smooth running of the department through liaison with internal departments (HR, Finance, Procurement, IT, Facilities).

**Responsibilities**:
**You will**:

- Provide business administration support to the Electrical Engineering business senior management team, as required.
- Support Line Managers with their team new new joiners - ordering IT equipment, office ID and PPE, arranging airport transfers/accommodation if required, and carry out inductions.
- Organise staff training and update SelectHR
- Monitor overdue training, liaising with Learning and Development department.
- Ensure staff competency records are maintained and centrally collated
- Deal with leavers’ equipment/PPE
- Order stationery
- Provide guidance on corporate travel policy and use of travel service provider, OneClick
- Update organisation charts for Professional Services
- Coordinate internal and external audits
- Look after the storage of engineers’ survey equipment
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
- Maintain office sign-in/meeting room booking sheets
- Ensure the office area is keep organised and appropriately maintained by the staff, leading the team on appropriate work-place practices.
- Work as main point of contact for general office issues and deal with miscellaneous ad -hoc duties as required.

**Requirements**:
**You will have**:

- GCSE grade 5 or above in English Language
- Minimum two years’ experience in an administration role
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Self-motivated, with the ability to work with mínimal supervision
- Good time-management skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks.
