**The Role**

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Senior Marketing Executive to join our client in Petersfield.

The Senior Marketing Executive will be able to bring new innovative ideas, a high energy and a drive to succeed. Diligence, excellent communication skills and a proven track record of delivering to deadlines is an essential part of this role.

**Overall Responsibilities**
- Ensuring the social media strategy is executed in the posts that are drafted for your final approval.
- Key contact for the external creative agency.
- Liaising with the Head of Marketing to relay priorities and ensuring the retainer is effectively managed.

of Marketing as per the eshot calendar.
- Leading monthly meetings with Divisional Sales Managers to ensure we are driving the correct activity.
- Manage the monthly sector newsletter process from concept through to delivery and reporting.
- Working with the Marketing department to collate weekly, monthly and campaign

led statistics to compile reports on marketing activity for the Head of Marketing.
- Working with the Marketing Assistant supporting on events/roadshows, whether that be producing marketing materials, collating merchandise, organising internal resources or sending communications externally.
- Working with the Head of Marketing to support and develop the Marketing Strategy, ensuring we are always tracking for success.
- To ensure the website content is kept up to date, relevant materials are added and

working with the third-party agency to drive development projects for Head of Marketing sign off.
- To support with ad-hoc inhouse design updates via the use of Adobe suite.
- Working with the Head of Marketing and Procurement team to seamlessly launch new products.
- To support the management and maintenance of product marketing collateral.
- Supporting HR with any communication or design work, as and when required.

**Essential Skills and knowledge**
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Clear, concise and confident communicator with stakeholders at various levels of seniority.
- Excellent interpersonal skills.
- Strong attention to detail to deliver high-quality results.
- Copywriting and proofing skills.
- Analytical and data skills.
- Be able to clearly prioritise workload and deliver to deadlines.
- Ability to work under pressure.
- Proven track record of strong organising and co-ordination skills.
- Experience with design software including Adobe Indesign, Adobe Photoshop and Canva.
- Ability to work in a team as well as an individual.
- Self motivated.
- Proven proactive and efficient task management skills, ensuring timely completion of tasks and follow-up on projects and action items. (advantageous).

**Qualification**s
- Relevant educational qualification.
- Previous relevant experience.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: £30,000.00-£37,500.00 per year
