Incident and Problem Management Specialist

My client, a top-tier law firm, are looking to hire a talented and dynamic Incident and Problem Management Specialist within their London offices. The role will require the person to work autonomously and wear many hats. It's paying up to £50,000 dependanton experience and offers excellent routes for progression, travel, and global project exposure.

Key Responsibilities/Experience:

- Take ownership of any ticket escalated through the management team
- Ensure a high level of visibility and communication to any users with an outstanding issue giving regular
- Notify, escalate, and communicate to stakeholders to ensure timely completion of root cause and short-term
remediation plans.
- Document and maintain all policies and processes around Change, Incident and Problem Management
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to effectively tailor communication of
technical issues to various audiences
- Strong collaboration skills and an interest in developing a strong network
- Ability and aptitude to pick up new technologies or procedures
- ITIL Foundation Certified
