Overall, our Meals London business employs over 2,400 people across three factories and one distribution centre. The factories make chilled ready meals, houmous dips, deli products and savoury accompaniments. Bus and train (Jubilee line - Stonebridge Park, Central Line - Hanger Lane, and Piccadilly Line - Park Royal) public transport is available with bus and train stops in close walking distances to the sites**The role**

As QA Supervisor, your key focus will be to lead and motivate the QA team in monitoring and evaluating product and processing systems and factory practices.
- In this busy and exciting role, you will ensure agreed standards of quality are achieved and improved upon, whilst taking a lead in generating and building a quality culture.- You will understand, implement and review quality systems associated with the production of food to the agreed safety and quality standards. Ensure KPI’s are monitored and presented to allow identification of improvement plans. You will have involvement in the evaluation of risks prior to the introduction of and establishment of controls of a new process, product or raw material, whilst providing the practical support and drive to promote a Quality Assurance culture.
- It is essential that you have HACCP experience, Food science qualification or equivalent and experience in the manufacturing industry. You will have experience of working within a high care / high risk environment. Ideally you will have a good practical working knowledge of food safety legislation and quality requirements.
