Client Relations Coordinator

Our client has been around since 1999 and are a family owned business who are committed to creating the finest commercial washrooms.

Role:

- Schedule qualified calls and meetings with prospects, introducing these new leads to the Client Relations team
- Act as the first point of contact for new business prospects and determine the next steps for each individual prospect moving forward
- Anticipate new business by keeping on top of industry trends and conducting market research to identify new opportunities
- Manage and maintain the company CRM system, ensuring all sales related activity is input accurately and efficiently

**Requirements**:

- Educated to degree level
- Comfortable working in a target driven environment
- Possess exceptional communication and interpersonal skills - you must really enjoy engaging with others on a regular basis
- Proficient in the Microsoft Office Suite
- Self-motivated, with a strong desire to succeed
