**Marketing Executive (Term Time Only)**

We are excited to be working with a well-established boarding school based in Robertsbridge.

They are currently looking for a part-time
**Marketing Executive** (term time only, 34 weeks a year) to join their team on a permanent basis.

The hours of work will be five per day (25-hour week), starting at 8.30am or 9am and finishing in the early afternoon (around 1.30pm - 2pm).

**Our client would be flexible to accommodate someone needing to do school runs or pick-ups.**

**Salary: £12,622.50 per annum including holiday pay (full time equivalent £25,000).**

The school upholds high standards of academic achievement as well as a wide range of co-curricular opportunities. It is a vibrant, busy and happy school with high expectations in all areas. It is set within 47 acres of beautiful Sussex countryside and hosts a number of outstanding facilities, including an all-weather pitch, tennis courts, indoor swimming pool, nine-hole golf course, and a number of well-maintained sports pitches.

**Key Responsibilities**:
Digital
- Oversee the content creation, reach and engagement of the school's social media channels.
- Manage the website content and improve visitors through SEO management and digital advertising.
- Ensure digital activities are constantly updated, kept relevant and appropriate, and are used effectively to maintain communication and drive engagement with stakeholders.
- Monitor, develop and oversee the updating of our client’s presence on online directories and educational forums, etc.

**Event management**
- Assist in organising, publicising, and delivering the yearly calendar of open days and all admissions events.
- Organise bespoke videos and online material to support prospective parents on the admissions journey.

**Brand and collateral**
- Develop and keep up-to-date the school's print and online prospectus and related material.
- Ensure the school has a compelling bank of photography and videos to support marketing campaigns for all areas of the school.
- Manage the production of the school magazine.

**Relationship management**
- Expand and manage the database on the Alumni.
- Organise events and reunions to reconnect Alumni, keeping them in touch through interesting and informative publications, including the annual Reserve (newsletters and magazines).
- Educated to at least Degree Level or equivalent.
- A marketing qualification is desirable.

**Skills and Competencies**
- In-depth understanding of current practices and principles of marketing, digital marketing, public relations, branding, and brand strategy.
- A strong track record of delivering digital campaigns across paid and non-paid channels, including Google PPC, YouTube, Facebook, and Instagram.
- A creative thinker, able to bring new ideas to established processes.
- Excellent content writing skills.
- Highly numerate with excellent IT skills, including understanding of social media, digital marketing, and modern website design.
- An understanding of the motivations, attitudes, and aspirations of parents, children, and other stakeholders in the community.
- Emotional intelligence to engage well with all stakeholders (pupils, parents, staff, alumni), the local community, external contacts, and more widely.
- Able to demonstrate the behaviours associated with our ethos and values of respect, integrity, and collaboration.
- All staff are expected to read and abide by the requirements of the staff handbook (copies are available to all new staff and a permanent copy is kept on the school network) and be happy for an enhanced DBS check to be carried out prior to starting._
