Ashford Cleaners Ltd is currently seeking a reliable and detail-oriented individual to join our team as an Airbnb Short-Term Let Cleaner. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring that our properties are thoroughly cleaned and prepared for the next guests' arrival. This includes the after-guest check-out cleaning, changing bedding linen and towels, and replenishing provided condiments. You will also be required to take before and after photos of the property and upload them to our scheduling app using your smartphone.

**Responsibilities**:

- Perform thorough cleaning of properties after guest check-out, ensuring that all areas are cleaned to a high standard.
- Change bedding linen and towels, ensuring they are fresh and neatly arranged for the next guests.
- Replenish provided condiments such as teas, coffees, sugars, milks, etc., ensuring these are well-stocked for the guests' convenience.
- Responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and tidiness of common areas within the properties, including kitchens, bathrooms, living rooms, and bedrooms.
- Follow the cleaning checklist provided by Ashford Cleaners Ltd to ensure all tasks are completed in a timely and efficient manner.
- Take before and after photos of each property, capturing any damages or issues that may arise during the guests' stay.
- Upload photos to our scheduling app, providing detailed notes on the condition of the property.
- Communicate any maintenance or supply needs to Ashford Cleaners Ltd, ensuring that the necessary actions are taken promptly.
- Adhere to the health and safety guidelines provided by the company.
- Maintain a professional and friendly demeanor when interacting with guests and co-workers.
- Attend training sessions and meetings as required.

**Qualifications**:

- Previous experience in cleaning or housekeeping is preferred but not required.
- Attention to detail and high cleaning standards.
- Reliable and punctual, able to meet scheduled cleaning appointments.
- Ability to work independently and efficiently.
- Good communication skills and the ability to follow instructions.
- Basic smartphone skills to use the scheduling app and upload photos.
- Ability to handle and maintain cleaning equipment and supplies.
- Understanding of health and safety procedures and the ability to work safely.

**Compensation**:

- Receive from £11 to £22 per chour per clean.
- Payment will be made on a per-hour basis.
- Wages paid weekly on a Friday.

**Additional Information**:

- This position is an **employed** position with weekly pay on a Friday, one week in arrears. You will be provided with a contract outlining the terms and conditions of employment.
- Ashford Cleaners Ltd offers a stable and consistent work schedule, with regular cleaning appointments for short-term let properties.
- Training and ongoing support will be provided to ensure you are equipped with the necessary skills and knowledge to excel in your role.
- As an Airbnb Short-Term Let Cleaner, you will have the opportunity to work independently and take ownership of your assigned properties.
- This position requires a flexible schedule, as check-out and check-in times may vary, and occasional weekend work may be required.

- Physical stamina is required for this role, as it involves standing, walking, bending, and lifting throughout the cleaning process.
- A reliable mode of transportation is required, as you will be required to travel between different properties within the local area and make morning collections and drop off's of clean and dirty laundry to our local office.
