To work with the Quality and Safeguarding Lead and Senior Clinical Pathways Manager to develop robust clinical governance structures and arrangements and advise services within the network the vision on clinical governance and patient safety. To provide reports on clinical governance, risk and CQC compliance, quality, and patient safety to the CAMHS Tier 4 and HOPE (Adult Eating Disorders) Provider. To manage the coordination of the complaints, patient safety incidents and CQC assurance processes across the network and ensure that action plans where required are implemented and monitored. To analyse the outcomes of patient safety incidents and investigations; patient experience surveys; complaints and concerns investigations.

To maintain the CAMHS Tier 4 and HOPE (Adult Eating Disorders) Provider Collaborative risk registers and highlight medium and high risks to the CAMHS Tier 4 and HOPE (Adult Eating Disorders) Provider Collaboratives Clinical Governance meetings making sure that actions are in place to mitigate them. To provide clinical leadership to the workforce and other professionals within the team in relation to complex case situation/s as required. To contribute to the operational planning, and implementation of policy and service development in relation to quality improvement across the CAMHS Tier 4 and HOPE (Adult Eating Disorders) Provider. To attend all forums/meetings that are appropriate, including representing the CAMHS Tier 4 and HOPE (Adult Eating Disorders) Provider Collaboratives at meetings with partner organisations and other agencies.

To act as a champion for patients and their interests. To work with providers and partners to share intelligence and identify areas of good practice expertise. To contribute to the development and maintenance of robust and reliable mechanisms and processes for monitoring standards of clinical quality, patient safety and patient experience across the specialised commissioned services.
