**About the Role:
Due to an internal promotion, we are seeking an experienced Talent Acquisition Team Leader to join our team and take responsibility for the operational delivery of all in-house group wide recruitment activities.
- Manage and develop an effective, high performing, professional, customer focused TA team operating in line with agreed targets, in accordance with established business processes that are audited. Ensuring that any non-compliance is clearly managed and recorded with a clear outcome and plan for improvement.
- Provide clear line management to the team including regular 121 meetings to discuss current work performance, improvements, and maintenance to good practice.
- Work proactively with key stakeholders across the Group including the wider HR Team, people services, payroll, legal, systems development, finance, and other senior leaders to act as an escalation point and provide data driven recruitment updates as required.
- Proactively seek opportunities to ensure synergy and to share best practise across the business.
- Identify opportunities to ensure effective deployment and utilisation of Workday and wider job boards. Implement a programme of improvement on the collection, storage, utilisation of information whilst ensuring the “ownership” and responsibility of the data is clearly recognised.
- Best use of technology to encourage automation and self-service across the Group by creating, recording, developing, and maintaining processes in line with company policy, legal requirements, and best practice.
- Lead or take part in Continuous Improvement and recruitment project work as requested by the Talent Acquisition Partner.

**Key Skills required.
- Demonstrable line management experience within either a recruitment agency or in-house TA environment.
- Ability to effectively identify and deliver change to enhance business processes.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with changing and sometimes conflicting deadlines and priorities.
- Be a good communicator with the ability to provide inspirational and motivational leadership to the Talent Acquisition Team.
- Ability to influence and negotiate change at a senior level to achieve a desired outcome.
- Ability to work on own initiative, meet deadlines and demonstrate a high degree of organisation.
- Ability to present, analyse and interpret statistical information, with working knowledge of ATS systems (we use Workday) and Microsoft excel, PowerPoint.
- Ability to set, maintain and monitor high standards whilst adopting a professional approach to recognising and exceeding customer expectation whilst remaining commercially aware.
- Ability to monitor KPI’s identifying issues and trends, analysing output and being able to create plans to address any issues.
