The Temporary Administrator is to cover long-term sick leave; we see this as continuing for at least the next three months
Full or Part Time hours available
Duties
**Administration and customer service**
Provide support to other staff as needed (e.g. venue, accommodation and travel bookings, H&S risk assessments, PPE, equipment and office supplies, etc.)
**Membership**
**Contacts**
Maintain the contacts database, updating new and existing contacts regularly. Update the distribution list in line with the contacts database. Distribute information packs and other literature as required.
**Events**
Support the planning and delivery of the RRC Annual Network Conference.Administrate the discounted places for conference and training courses.Assist the technical team with the organisation, booking and coordination of site visits and training courses.
- Experience of working/responding independently and balancing multiple tasks.Experience of administration of a busy office and team.
- Knowledge with Word and outlook
- Excellent written and Oral Presentation and communication.
- Able to work flexibly as part of a small team
- Must also be happy to do occaional travel and overnight stays for events and conferences.
