**Payroll Processor**

Location**:Kent, UK (Hybrid Working Available)**

**Responsibilities**:
As a Payroll Processor, you will work collaboratively with our team of payroll advisers to ensure the accurate and efficient processing of payrolls for our diverse range of clients. Your responsibilities will include:
**Main Job Specific Duties and Responsibilities**:
**Payroll Bureau**:

- Manage an allocated portfolio of payroll clients, ensuring timely processing of monthly, weekly, 2-weekly, and 4-weekly pay runs.
- Conduct end-to-end payroll processing with meticulous attention to detail.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records using internal payroll systems.

**Payroll Administration**:

- Issue payslips, P45s, and P60s accurately.
- Upload monthly pension contributions via online provider portals.
- Assist with BACS payments and support BACS checking processes.

**New Business**:

- Participate in new business client meetings, aiming to achieve agreed annual targets.
- Onboard new clients into our software systems and nurture ongoing relationships.
- Proactively cross-sell our other service offerings, including HR and Employee Benefits.

**Skills Required**:

- Ability to work effectively within a team environment.
- Strong numerical accuracy and attention to detail.
- Reliable with the ability to perform well under pressure.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficient in using Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: £28,000.00-£30,000.00 per year
