**Quality Assurance & Risk Officer**

**Job Type**: Permanent, Full-time

**Location**: Farnborough, Hampshire (near the train station and located in the town centre)

**Core Hours**: 09h00 - 18h00

**About the Role**:
As a result of our continuous success and expansion plans, we are seeking a capable and detail-oriented Quality Assurance & Risk Officer to join our team. You will play a crucial role in ensuring the quality of our customer interactions, including monitoring calls, conducting file checks, and maintaining communication channels with our clients. You will work closely with our sales team to deliver constructive feedback, provide training, and implement changes to rules and procedures. You will also assist the Quality Assurance & Risk Manager in investigating potential complaints and liaising with our clients**.**

**Key Requirements**:
Ø Strong attention to detail.

Ø Excellent organisational and communication skills.

Ø Experience in working with Excel is desirable.

Ø Ability to work under pressure and meet strict deadlines.

Ø A team player with a positive and professional attitude.

Ø Experience in a financial company working within FCA guidelines will be advantageous.

**Prerequisites**:
Ø Customer Service experience essential.

Ø Clean credit history with any past issues having been resolved.

Ø Complete employment history for the last 12 months.

Ø Successful applicants will undergo an enhanced DBS/CRB check before the start of employment.
