BMW Group Financial Services UK is looking for a Quality Assurance Analyst. This role is based at the Summit ONE Campus in Farnborough.

QA Analyst – 22 Month FTC

What awaits you?

We are seeking on an experienced quality assurance professional with a good understanding of the regulatory framework that applies to firms that are regulated by the FCA.

Do you want to be part of team that ensures we are focused on good and fair outcomes for our Customers? As well as an evaluator you will also be a support for other evaluators to ensure they are meeting the required level. Working closely with the business to advise what areas need improvement and monitor these as they are implemented.

The Role:

  • Primarily undertaking quality assurance assessments of the teams that represent our wide and diverse business, this includes customer service operations through to collections and recoveries.
  • Carrying out ‘Root Cause Analysis’ to determine the chain of causation and providing insightful feedback and recommendation to senior leaders within the business to enable improvements to process and procedures. Overall, we want to drive consistently good outcomes for our customers.
  • Work closely with peers to ensure a consistent approach to outcomes is achieved.
  • Consider any potential or identified business risk and ensure these are escalated to senior management accordingly and through due process.

Qualifications and Experience

  • We require the individual to have a very good understanding and awareness of the FCA Consumer Duty Requirements and specifically how they relate and should be applied to a firm such as ours.
  • You should also have a good understanding of the FCA’s wider handbook, including Consumer Credit (CONC) sections.
  • Experience in performance management and quality monitoring is essential.
  • High attention to detail coupled with a strong analytical capability
  • Proven experience of relationship management and positive influencing skills
  • Able to work on own initiative, prioritise tasks, work under pressure, and multi-task

Successful candidates will be required to complete background screening checks and the offer of employment will be subject to results which we consider are satisfactory.
