We are recruiting an experienced adviser, who will be provided with a client bank, as well as a steady influx of new business leads, allowing focus to be on client interactions rather than prospecting. Remote advice allows our advisers a higher volume of client interactions and convenience for both our clients and our team. Our support team provides full administrative and paraplanning support for our advisers.

**MAIN ASPECTS OF THE ROLE**:
Provide financial planning advice and solutions to clients, offering high quality advice and service.

Identify opportunities from the existing client base.

Deliver agreed individual revenue targets.

Support wider financial planning team as necessary to meet team objectives and KPIs.

Build and maintain strong relationships with business partners, paraplanning and administration team.

Operate within the established business procedures and adhere to the regulatory environment.

**SALARY**:
£45,000 - £60,000 (OTE £67,500 - £90,000)

**WORKING HOURS/PATTERN**:
We pride ourselves on convenience for our clients, usual working hours are 9am - 5:30pm Monday-Thursday and 9am - 4pm Friday. Flexibility is expected to allow for evening appointments where there is client demand.

**KEY RESPONSIBILITIES**:
**Stay Informed**: Keep abreast of new product, technical, and legislative changes within the marketplace to ensure up-to-date knowledge.

**Compliance Adherence**: Strictly comply with the Compliance and Training and Competence Procedures of the firm, as well as adhere to the requirements of the Financial Services and Markets Act 2000, and the FCA Principles, Rules, and the Code of Practice for Approved Persons.

**Client Identification and Contact**: Proactively identify and reach out to potential clients. Gather comprehensive client information and identify their specific needs.

**Research and Recommendation**: Analyse gathered information and conduct thorough research to formulate suitable recommendations for clients.

**Documentation Accuracy**: Complete all supporting documentation with precision and accuracy.

**Competency**: Attain and sustain competent status as defined by the FCA and the firm.

**Performance Standards**: Maintain performance standards in accordance with those outlined in the Key Performance Indicators section of the Training and Competence procedures.

**Continuous Professional Development**: Identify Continuing Professional Development (CPD) needs through self-assessment and feedback. Undertake appropriate activities to meet those needs, ensuring the maintenance and enhancement of competent status.

**Mentorship and Training**: Provide mentorship and training to the Adviser Team, contributing to the development of their skills and knowledge.

**Qualifications**
- Essential_
Level 4 Diploma in Financial Planning
- Desirable_
Level 6 Diploma in Financial Planning

**Experience**
- Essential_
- Demonstrated substantial experience providing financial advice and achieving/exceeding relevant KPIs.
- Strong understanding of financial products, regulations, and market dynamics.
- Proven ability to identify and engage with potential clients, coupled with a track record of gathering comprehensive client information and understanding their unique needs.
- The capability to explain complex information simply and clearly.
- The ability to establish strong relationships with clients.
- A background in conducting thorough research and analysis to make suitable recommendations based on client needs and market conditions.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in completing supporting documentation.
- Desirable_
- Previous experience in mentoring and training Adviser Teams, contributing to the development of skills and knowledge within the team.
- A history of successful networking and relationship-building with business partners, key stakeholders and other industry professionals.
