Bookkeeper/payroll Assistant

**Duties would ideally include**:
Supporting and assisting the directors
Organising and planning the businesses work loads and schedules
Overseeing pay roll and hours worked by employees
Preparation of VAT returns and working to required deadlines
Assisting with other accounting tasks where required
General adminstration tasks
**What we need from you**:
- A minimum of 2 years administration/payroll experience
- Sage accounting and payroll experience essential
- VAT experience essential
- Be a confident user of MS Word and Excel
- Able to work to tight deadlines
- Friendly and professional demeanour to staff and clients
There is flexiblity on the hours to be worked and preferences will be considered
**Job Types**: Part-time, Permanent
Part-time hours: 16-25 per week
**Salary**: £16,523.84-£25,654.82 per year
