**Brief job description**:
Estio Training have an exciting new opportunity for a Digital Marketing apprentice with Flame UK a waste management company based in Nottingham.

The ICT apprentice will have a range of duties in their own area assisted by various members of our team. They are expected to work with supervision and on their own on occasions. The ICT Apprentice will be involved in resolving routine ICT issues or contributing to new programmes and projects.

**Your duties and responsibilities in this role will consist of**:

- Office 365 console administration
- Problem solving and manage workflow
- Manage our businesses cyber essentials compliance
- Support our team with IT support
- To meet all learning commitments of the apprenticeship as directed by your line manager, the Apprenticeships Manager or the learning/training provider. Assigned qualifications and an end point assessment must be completed. This can include presentations, portfolios, units of assessment and exams.
- The Apprentice will carry out their duties and any ad hoc requests that come from the Senior or Officers, with accuracy and professionalism.
- Play a key role in rolling out our company wide Zoho One software system
- Attend webinars and software training courses as needed

**Qualifications**:

- 5 GCSEs grades A*-C/9-4 or equivalent (including English Language and Maths)

**Training to be provided**:
Estio apprenticeship training programmes are delivered virtually by our fully qualified and industry experienced training team. Using their expert knowledge, we’ve purposefully built our programmes around the real-world use of modern technology, so that the skills we create can be directly applied in the workplace.

Throughout the apprenticeship learners receive coaching, help and guidance from a dedicated team who are there to ensure they get the most from their work experience.

Successful completion of this apprenticeship gives you an accredited Level 3 Information Communications Technician, with training in how to:

- Efficiently operate and control your ICT infrastructure - physical or virtual hardware, software, network services and data storage.
- Use infrastructure management tools to automate the provisioning, testing, deployment and monitoring of infrastructure components.
- Prioritise systems support tasks and monitor and maintaining system performance
- Maintain regulatory, legal and professional standards.
- Support the information systems needs for your business.
