**Administration Assistant**

This is a key role in the business providing admin support to the Business Support Team and other areas of the business as required.

This is a varied role and provides a great opportunity for learning all aspects of Airmec and what we do. This can be anything from helping with new starter induction admin, office supplies, car fleet documentation, contracts admin etc.

Core Tasks & Responsibilities include:

- Provide full admin support to the teams across the business.
- First point of contact regarding greeting visitors.
- Assist with HR documentation for employees/new starters
- Help maintain and update the HR system, (Bright HR)
- Assist with car fleet admin
- Support with security clearance documentation
- Assist with security access passes and access to the building
- Preparation of various documents for distribution/filing/photocopying and archiving as required
- Handling incoming/outgoing mail
- Liaising with suppliers as required
- Take notes in meetings
- Other duties as required to suit the need of the business

Skills & Experience
- You will love admin and a variety
- A minimum 2 years’ experience in a similar role
- Ability to pick up different tasks
- Open to new challenges
- Excellent IT skills, MS Office including Excel
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage a busy workload and prioritise tasks
- Ability to multi-task and handle frequent changes in direction
- Team player, able to work with colleagues at various levels across the business
- Problem-solver able to think on their feet and deliver effective solutions
- Strong written and verbal skills to ensure clear and professional communication
- Self-starter able to show initiative, drive projects and manage time efficiently
- Positive mindset and a can-do attitude
