We are recruiting for an experienced Administrator to work for the Complaints Officer. The role will involve assisting in the administration of the Complaints Officer, to include general office duties including filing, photocopying, typing of letters and other documents and diary management. Given the nature of the role, the role requires someone who is discreet and understands the need for confidentiality.
Dependent upon work commitments, the role will also involve providing virtual typing support across the Firm to cover absence, via the Firm’s digital dictation software (BigHand).
This role is ideally suitable for someone with previous administration/ secretarial experience.
- Excellent interpersonal skills - the ideal person will be approachable and able to communicate effectively at all levels;
- A demonstrable understanding of confidentiality;
- Good typing & keyboard skills;
- Ability to manage and prioritise a workload;
- Good understanding of Excel, Word & databases
- Previous audio typing experience is desirable.
