Distinct Recruitment are partnering with a company based over in Hertfordshire who are looking to recruit a well-known ER Manager to come onboard. This is a full-time permanent position and offering hybrid-based working. This position is offering a salarybetween £40-45K.

Role responsibilities:

Proactively supporting the delivery of HR Processes
Lead the ER team
Develop the cross training
Actively support with succession planning in the business
Providing guidance for your team

Key experience:

Can manage complex ER cases in a fast-paced environment
Supporting/liaising with the HoHR and HRD
Direct-line management with leading a team
