Fire Plus Security is a growing independent business based in South West London and we’re now looking for an experienced **Fire Door Surveyor **to join our Passive team. Our business works with a diverse range of clients - and with 85% of the work based within the M25 - this is a great opportunity for any ambitious, London-based Carpenter or Passive Fire Engineer to join our business in a new role that will offer significant development.

As an ambitious, innovative and fast paced business we’re looking for a like-minded Fire Door Surveyor who will likely come from a Fire Door / Carpentry background who has:

- Full UK Drivers Licence (Essential)
- At least 1 year’s experience working specifically as a fire door surveyor.
- A strong background in carpentry and joinery ( NVQ Level 2 - Carpentry or Joinery preferred.)
- Some experience installing/upgrading/maintaining & repairing existing doors.
- Knowledge of Fire Door standards - FDIS, FIRAS, BM Trada, Bluesky IFC or BRE training beneficial - and familiarity with SIMPRO and OneTrace or equivalent like BORIS, Bolster etc.

Head Office in SW19, South West London. 85% projects London based.

Typical hours 8am - 4pm

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: £35,000.00-£40,000.00 per year
