**We're looking for an experienced F&B Cost controller to join our Sky Garden team. Atop the 'Walkie Talkie' building aka 20 Fenchurch Street, we operate two restaurants, two bars and stunning event spaces, open to up to 6,000 people per day.**
- As F&B Cost Controller you’ll oversee day-to-day cost receiving, stock management, EPOS and F&B Adaco support & maintenance at the site level.
- You will assist senior management in the development of consistent and standardised food and beverage cost control methods and provide an efficient receiving system for all inventory food/ beverage /chemical / consumable items.
- You’ll be working in close conjunction with Culinary, Bar, Finance and IT teams.
- We have an excellent track record of developing and promoting from within - career development is readily available for those who seek it.
